The petitioner, SARAH YOUNG DOUGHTY, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as the named personal representative. Petitioner's name
and address are: SARAH YOUNG DOUGHTY, 129 Overlook Drive,
Horseheads, New York, and the name and address of Petitioner's
attorneys are set forth at the end of.this petition.
2. Decedent, MARGARET J. YOUNG, whose last known
address was 108 East Arbor Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida,
whose age was 83 years, and whose social security number
is 716-18-0368 , died on March 5, 1981, at Fort
Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
in St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
