I, MARGARET J. YOUNG, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codi-
cils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to pay,
out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts, including the
expenses of my last illness and funecal expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of the rest, residue
and remainder of my property, real and persorial, wherever situ-
ate and whether acquired before or after the execution of this
Will, equally to my nieces, SARAH YOUNG DOUGHTY, presently
residing at 129 Ovexlook Drive, Hoxseheads, New York, and LINDA
YOUNG GRIFFIS, presently residing at 1003 Pennsylvania Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida, share and share alike. If either of my
said nieces shall fail to survive me and shall leave a descend-
ant or descendants living at my death, such descendants shall
represent their ancestor and take said ancestor's share, per
stirpes, otherwise the share of such niece shall drop out,
thereby increasing the share of the other of said nieces or her
descendants, as the case may be.
CLAUSE III: I name and appoint my niece, SARAH YOUNG
DQUGHTY, as personal representative of this Will, to serve
without bond, and if she shall die, resign or be unable for any
xeason to act or to continue acting as such, then I name and
appoint my niece, LINDA YOUNG GRIFFIS, as such personal repre-
sentative, to serve without bond.
My personal representative shall have all of the _
rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted to personal
