OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THL•'SE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, FLORISTS CLEARINC NETWORK, INC., a Florida corpora-
tion, and BUNING THE FLORIST, INC.. a Florida corporation. and ARTHUR
O. STONE and SHIRLEY S'rONE, husband and wife, and THE- DANIA BANK,
a Florida banking corporation, entered into a certain MODIFICATION AND
EXTENSION AGREEMENT AND MORTGAGE bearing date the lOth day of
April, A.D. 1978, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida in Official Records
Book 285, pagc 14T, which agreement and mortgage mortgaged into THE
DANIA BANK, a Florida banking corporation, its successors and assigns
the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the
sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND and NO/100 ($450,000.00)
Dollars, with interest as therein. mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said B UNING THE FLORIST, INC ., a Florida
corporation, has requested the said THE DANIA BANK, a Florida banking
corporation, to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of
said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said The Dania Bank, a
Florida banking corporation, as well in consideration of the premises as
of the sum of TEN and NO / 100 ($10. 00) Dollars to it paid by the said
Buning the Florist, Inc. , a Florida corporation, at the time of the execution
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does remise, release,
quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mort-
gage unto the said Buning the Florist. Inc.. a Florida corporation, its
heirs, and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land. being a part
of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to wit:
Lot 11, of TOTTEN'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 5. at page 53. of the Public Records of
St. Lucic County, I'iorida,
