"Debtor", and The Dania Bank, a Florida banking corporation, as "secured party"
z•ecorded April 12, 1978, in Official Records Book 285, page 160, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida under Clerk's Registry No. 399847.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Buning the Florist, Inc. a Florida corporation, its heirs and assigns
forever freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of
said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided always nevertheless,
that nothing htrein contained shall in artywise impair, alter or
diminish the effer_t, lien or encumbrances of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining
part of said mortgaged premises not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights
and remedies of the holder thereof .
