PAATIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ,
a Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28. 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 2112, Public
Records of St . Lucie County . Florida , for good and valuable o~nsideration
to him paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this
!~' day of March, 1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real
