ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declarativn of Condominiwn
dascribed above, including~the provisiona o! all of itss exhibits. The Grantee ayrees
to be bound by all of aaid provisionss the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fnir and equitablet the Grantee h~~r~by impr~s~es
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominiu~n and its exhibitst and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condqdiniwn and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warrantics,
repxesentations and inducements conc~erning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
