UTILITY EASEMENT ~~
THIS EASEMENT made tti.is lOth day of March, 1981 between
ST. LUCIE COiJNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida
as the Grantor, and TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH,2011 S. 13th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, as Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor,in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable consideration paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its successors
and assigns, a non-exclusive easement and right of way for the
purpose of constructing, installing and maintaining a potable water
pipe in, upon and through the following described land in St.Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
The easterly 30 feet of the following described
property, to-wit:
Block 139 and that portion of Block 154 lying
north of Virginia Avenue, Lawnwood Addition S/D,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2,
page 16 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, lying and being in Section 16, Township
35 South, Range 40 East
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, its successors and
assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Grantor has hereunto set its hand and
seal this lOth day of March 1981.
