hereinafter called the "DEVELOPER" for itself, its successors,
grantees and assigns.
WHEREIN, the Developer makes the following Declarations:

Submission of Real Property to Condominium form of Ownership
The purpose of this Declaration of Condominium is to
submit certain real property described in this instrument and the
improvements on such real property to the condominium form of
ownership and use in the manner provided hy Chapter 718, Florida
Statutes, as amended, hereinafter called the "Condominium Act."
A. Name and address. The name by which this
condominium is to be identified is INDIWE CONDOI-lINIUM
which is located in St. Lucie County, 13775 Indian River Drive.
B. The Land. The developer, which is the owner
of the fee simple title to the real property located in Jensen Beach,
Florida as hereinafter described, hereby submits said real ~roperty
to the condominium form of ownership as provided by Chapter 718,
Florida Statutes. The real property submitted to the condominium
ownership is described as follows, to wi~:

alang the shore of the Indian River to a point 75' irore or less South 89 15' E

This Condominium shall be subject to, administered and
maintained in accordance with the provisions of the Condominium
Act, as amended, and as supplemented by the provisions of this
Declaration of Condominium, as amended, and shall be binding upon
the Developer, the grantees of Developer, their grantees, mortgagees.

and any persons holding by, through or under the grantees of Developer,
for so long as this Condominium shall exist.

DEFINITIONS
The terms used in this Declaration and in its exhibits
shall have the meanings as stated i.n the Condominium Act (Chapter
718, Florida Statues, as amended), and as follows unless the context
otherwise requires:
A. Apartment, apartment unit, dwelling, dwelling
unit, and unit means unit as defined by the Condominium Act, and
