ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
OF
INDIVUE CONDOMINIUM, INC.
'~e, the undersigned, for the purpose of forming a
Corporation, not for profit, under and pursuant to Chapter 617-013,
Florida Statutes of 1975, do herewith adopt the following Articles
of Incorporation, to wit: ~

NAME
The name of the Corporation shall be INDIVUE CONDOMINIUM,
INC, and it shall be located in Jensen Beach, F1a.,St. Lucie County,
Florida, at 13775 Indian River Dr.
ARTICLE II
The purposes for which this Corporation are formed are:
a. To manage and operate a Condominium Association. '
b. To do anything necessary and proper for the accomplish-
ment of any purposes set forth in the statement of principles adopted
by the founders of this Corporation.
c. This Corporation is organized and op+erated exclusively
for the above-stated purposes and for other nonprofit purposes and no
part of any net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any private
member.
ARTICLE- III
POWERS
In furtherance of the objectives described above, but not
in limitation thereof, the Corporation shall have power, insofar as
~uch power is conferred or is not limited by law, to make and perform
contracts for a~y lawful purpose, to engage in various funding and
fund-raising activities, and~to acquire, own, hold, operate, and
r,:aintain such property as is necessary to effectuate its purpose.
ARTICLE IV
TERM OF EXISTENCE
This Corporation is for perpetual existence.

QUALIFICATION OF MEMBERSHIP
To purchase a unit in INDIWE CONDOMINIUM, INC,
located in Jensen Beach, Florida.
