BY-LAWS
OF
INDIVUE CONDOMINIUM, INC.
P,RTICLE I
General
Section 1. The name of the corporation shall be
INDIWE CONDOMINIUM, INC. And shall be referred to herein as
~he "Condominium F~ssaciation".
Secti~n 2. The principal office shall be located
at 13775 Indian River Dr., Jensen Beach, Fla. or at such
other place as may be subsequently designated by the Board of
Directors. '
Section 3. Other offices for the transaction of
business shall be located at such place as the Board of
Directors may from time to time determine.
ARTICLE II
Membership
Section 1. This Condominium Association has been
organized for the purpose of managing, operating and maintaining
INDIVUE CONDOMINIUM, INC., ("Condominium").
Section 2. All owners of Condominium Parcels in
said Condominium shall automatically become members of the
Condominium Association upon acquisition of their ownership
interest as provided in the Declaration of Condominium apper-
taining thereto as recorded in the Public Records of St.,Lucie
County, Florida. Transfer of ownership in a Condominium
Parcel, either voluntary or by operation of law, shall auto-
matically terminate the membership in the Condominium Association
of the owner of such Condominium Parcel.
Section 3. In the event of dissolution of the
