HomeMy WebLinkAbout1698 Condominium Association for any cause, members in good standing at the time of such dissolution shall be entitled to participate in the fi~al distribution of the Condominium Association's assets to the extent of their ownership interest in the assets then held by the Condominium Association, all as more fully provided in the Declaration of Condominium of INDIWE CONDOMINIUM, TNG. ARTICLE III MEETINGS OF MEMBERS Section 1. The annual meeting of the members shall be held at 7:30 P.M. on the first Monday in February of each year at the principal office of the Condominium Association or other designated place. Section 2. Special meetings of the members, held at the same place as the annual meeting, may be called at any time by the President, or in his absence by the Vioe President; or by a majority of the members of the Board of Directors. 5ubse- quent to the relinquishment of control of the Board of Directors by the Developer, it shall be the duty of the directors, President or Vice President to call such a meeting whenPVer so requested by members of the Connominium Association constituting a majority of the outstanding ownership interests. Section 3. Notice of the time and place of all annual and special meetings shall be mailed by the Secretary to each meMber not less than fifteen (15) days before the date thereof and shall also be posted in a conspiciuous place on the Condominium property not less than fifteen (15) days before the date thereof. Section 4. The President or, in his absence the Vice President, shall preside at all such meetings. Section 5.
