HomeMy WebLinkAbout1700 to vote at each annual or special meeting of the membershin shall be furnished and certified by the Secretary of the Condominium Association and such list shall indicate the number of votes of each member. Only those persons whose names appear on such certificate list shall be entitled to vote in person or by proxy at such meeting. ARTICLE IV Board of Directors Section 1. The business and nroperty of the Condo- minium Association shall be managed by a Board of three (3) directors until the "first effective annual meeting" of inembers of the Con3ominium Association; thereafter, fihe Board shall consist of not less than three (3) directors. Section 2. Except as nrovided in Article VIII of the Articles of Incoporation of the Condominium Association (whicti is incorporated herein by reference), all directors shall be elected by the members a`t the annual meeting of members. Except as provided in Article VIII of the Articles of Incorporation of the Condom~.inium Association (which is incorporated herein by reference), in the event of a vacancy on the IIoard nf Directors, the 8oard shall apooint a renlacement until the next regular election. Section 3. The annual meeting of the directors shall b~ held at thc s~-~me nl~cc ~~~ the members' meeting, and immediately aFter the adjournment of same. Section 4. Special meetings of the Board of Directors ma}• be held at such time and place as the Board may designate. Such meetings may t~e called b~;~ the President, and in his absence, b}~ th~ Vice President, or by any two members of the Board.
