Notice of all reyular and sp~cial meetings, except as provided in Article IV, Section 4, shall be mailed to each director by the Secretary at lease f.ive (5) days previous to the~time fixed for the meeting. All notices of special meetinqs shall state the purpose thereof. EXCP_Pt in the c:~se of an emergency, notice of all annual and special meetings of the Board of Directors shall be conspicuously posted forty- eight (48) hours in advance of such meetings for the attention of all members of the Condominium Association. Section 6. A quorum for the transaction of business at any annual or of a majority of those present at power to adjourn of minutes by ex~ his presence for special meeting of the directors shall consist the members of the Board; but a majority of any annual or special meeting shall have the the meeting to a future time. The apnroval ecuti~n af same by a director shall constitute the purpose of determining a quorum. Section 7. The directors shall elect the officers of the corooration at the directors' meetinq following each annual meeting of the members of the Cor.dominium Association. All o££icers shall b~ electeu ~y i.i-t C11I~C:LVLS. Nii oizicers, except the Secretary and Treasurer and their respective assistants, if any, shall be members of the eoard of Directors. An officer may be removed at any time by a two-thirds vote of the full l3oard of Direct~rs. An officer or di~ctor may be removed b}• a two-thirds vote of the members present at an annual meeting or special meeting of the members call for the purpose of considering such removal. Section 8. The directors may, by resolution, appoint members of the Board as an executive committee, to manage the husinc~ss of thc~ Cond~minium Association during the interim meetings of the Board. Ttie executive committee shall keep records of its meetings. Section 9.
