Section S. Notice of all reyular and sp~cial meetings,
except as provided in Article IV, Section 4, shall be mailed to
each director by the Secretary at lease f.ive (5) days previous
to the~time fixed for the meeting. All notices of special
meetinqs shall state the purpose thereof. EXCP_Pt in the c:~se
of an emergency, notice of all annual and special meetings of
the Board of Directors shall be conspicuously posted forty-
eight (48) hours in advance of such meetings for the attention
of all members of the Condominium Association.

Section 7. The directors shall elect the officers of

may be removed at any time by a two-thirds vote of the full

or special meeting of the members call for the purpose of
considering such removal.
Section 8. The directors may, by resolution, appoint
members of the Board as an executive committee, to manage the
husinc~ss of thc~ Cond~minium Association during the interim
meetings of the Board. Ttie executive committee shall keep
records of its meetings.
