HomeMy WebLinkAbout1702 or officer shall not be precluded from receiving compensation for any services rendered to the Condominium Association in another capacity. Section 10. At each annual members' meeting the directors shall submit a written statement of the business transacted druing the preceding year, together with a report of the general financial condition of the Condominium Association, a report of the condition of its tangible property, and a report of the status of assessments. Such statements and reports shall be mailed to members not present at the annual meeting. Section 11. All annual and special meetings of the Board of Directors shall be open to all members of the Condominium Association. Section 12. The directors shall have such additional . powers and authority as provided in these By-Laws and as are conferred by the Articles of Incorporation of this Condominium Association, the laws of the State of Florida, and the Declara- tion of Condominium of INDIWE CONDOMINIUM, INC. nnmTrr.~ v Of f icers Section 1. The officers of the Condominium Association shall be a President, a Vice President, a Treasurer, and a Secretary, and such other officers as the Board of Directors may designate, all of whom shall be elected by the Board of Directors, and shall hold office until their successors are duly elected and qualified. One person may hold simultaneously two offices, except that the offices of President and Secretary shall be held by separate persons. Section 2.
