the other officers. He shall sign all membership cards, and
shall execute all contracts, agreements and obligations of
the Condominium Association; except, however, as such authority
May be otherwise delegated by resolution of the Board of
Directors; and he shall perform all other duties as are incident
to his office. In case of the absence of disability of the
President, his duties shall be performed by the Vice President.
Section 3•. The Secretary shall issue notices of all
directors' and members' meetings, and shall attend and keep the
minutes of the same; shall have charge of all cor~orate hooks,
records and papers; shall be custodian of the corporate seal;
shall attest with his signature and impress with the cornorate
seal, all membershin cards; and shall perform all such other
~uties as are incident to his office.
Section 4. The Treasurer sliall itave ~ustoc3y o£ aIi
money and securities of thP Condominium Association and shall
give bond in each sum and with sureties as the directors may
require, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the
duties of his office. He shall keep regular books of account
and shall submit them, together with all his vouchers, recei~ts,
records and other papers, to the directors for their examination
and approval as often as they may require; he shall deposit
all moneys and other valuable effects in the name of, and
to the credit of, the Condominium 7~ssociati~n, and such
depositories as may be des~gnated uy the Board of ~irectors,
and shall disburse the funds of the Condor~iniu:n Association
as ordered by the Board; and shall perform all such other
c3uti~s as arn incid~nt to his officc.
ARTICLE VI ,
Inspection of Books and Accounts
Section 1. The books, accounts, records, and
insurance nolicies of the Condominium Association shall be
