ARTTCLE VII FISCAL YEAR Section 1. Fiscal year of the Condominium Association shall be a calendar year, or such other time as may be determined by the Board of Directors. ARTICLE VIII NOTICES Section 1. AZ1 notices required by these By-Laws shaZl be in writing and shall be deposited in the United States mails properly addressed to the last known post office address of the person entitled t~ such notice. Section 2. Any notices required hereunder may be waived in writing by the addressee of same. ARTICLE IX MANAGEMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CONDOMINIUM Section 1. General. The Board of Directors shall have all of the powers and duties and perform all of the obligations of the Conc~ominium Association as provided in these By-Laws, in the ARticles of Incorporation of the Condo- minium Association, in the Declaration of Condominium of INDIVUE CONDOMINIUM, INC., and as required by the laws of the State of Florida. Section 2. Assessments. The Board af Directors shall prepare an annual budget in advance of the commencement of each fiscal year of the Condominium Association, which shall project the estimated Common Expenses of maintenance, -8- a}:nx3~ PacE~702
