NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
Notice is hereby qiven that a suit was instituted in the
above Court on the ~~ day of ~~~ . 1981 , by the above
nar~ed Plaintiffs against the above named Defendant.
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of
land and personalty located thereon, situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie, County, Florida, and more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 1 and the South 10 feet of Lot 2, and the
East 5 feet of vacated alley adjacent on the
West, in Block 9 of F'ORT PIERCE HEIGHTS, ac-
cording to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 39, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
The rel ief sought in and by said suit is the foreclosure of a
certain mortgage given by ISABEL V. MALO to the Plaintiffs record-
ed in Of f icial Records Book 319 at Page 1571 in the of f ice of the
Clerk of the above Court; the decreeing of a sale of said property
under the direction of said Court, in default of the payment of
the amount found to bP due the Plaintiffs under said mortqage; and
