hereby agree to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
through 1~ and Non-Unifocm Covenants numbered 18. 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date. in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provi4ions a4 are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19, 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and I,ender agree that all
referenoes to the Property~ Boirower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisiona
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIdNAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and aqree

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Bocrower, Lender, at Lender's option vrithin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgaqe. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
