The Petitioner Alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in this estate as Claimant for
unliquidated damages in a sum in excess of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) to be determined by a jury at a later time. Peti-
tioner's name and address is Richard Muehling, 5305 Silver Oak
Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida, and the name and address of Peti-
tioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, RONSTANTIN06 D. R0~$SIS, whose last known

address was 167 N.W. Curtis Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida, died
on July 1, 1980, at Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, Florida,
and at the time of death, decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the beneficiaries of this estate,
their addresses and relationship to the decedent, their ages and
the birthdates of any who are minors, are:
