is entitied to preference in appointment as Personal Repre-
sentative because he is the only known person to the Petitioner
who knew the Decedent and lives in the United States, and is
qualified to be so appointed under the provisions of Sections
733.302 - 733.305, E'lorida Statutes.
6. The nature of the assets in this estate is less than
Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00).
7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioner is
unaware of any unrevoked wills or,codicils of the decedent.
Petitioner requests that JOHNNY ROUSSIS, be appointed Per-
sonal Representative of the estate of the decedent.
