DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial and the Court having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
his Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists

is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-
upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between THOMAS C. STEDHAM, III and
LEONA ANNE STEDHAM be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. The Wife, LEONA ANN STEDHAM, shall have the ex-
clusive ownership and possession of the vessel "Kim" of six net
tons and the Husband, THOMAS C. STEDHAM, III, shall have no claim
thereto or interest therein.
3. The Wife, LEONA ANN STEDHAM, be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her former name of LEONA ANNE ROUNTREE and to
use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
4. The Wife, LEONA ANN STEDHAM, shall have the ex-
clusive ownership and possession of the new motor purchased for
the vessel "Kim" now in her possession, and the Husband, THOMAS C.
STEDHAM, III, shall have no claim thereto or interest therein.
