FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This ~ause came on for trial the 12th day of March, 1981,
-and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLtITION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between En
GARNER CATES and ANNE MURRY~NORTON CATES be an~ the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby f.orever freed
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. SEPARATION AND PROPERTY SETTLEMF.I~T AGREEMENT. The
Separation and Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence
is -hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
ordered to comply with the nrovisions thereof.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of. this cause, and the
~arties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
