and determines: This Court-has ~urisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this suit; that the relaCiunship of
husband and wife ncw exists between the parties; and that the

marriage between the parties is irretriPvably broken and should ~
be dissolved. It is thereupon

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between .
LORRINDA C. deCHARMONT. Wife~ and HENRI A.L. deCHARMONT, Husband,
be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and the parties, and each
of them. are hereby forever freed of and ~rom the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom. - ~
2. PROPERTY: The Stipulation admitted into evidence is
hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
ordered to comnly with the provisions thereof,
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
