THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Plaintiff's
Motion To Compel Answers To Interrogatories and the Court having
heard arguments of counsel and otherwise being advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant shall answer
those Interrogatories herein served upon him by the Plaintiff and
shall serve his answers upon counsel for the Plaintiff within
fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant shall pay counsel
for the Plaintiff $100.00 as reasonable attorneys fee for prosecu-
tion of this Motion To Compel Answers To Interrogatories.
