This cause came on for trial the lOth day of March, 1981,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that ~the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LOIS ANNE
STEVENS and PETER CAMPBELL STEVENS be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
drising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROBERT CLAYTON STEVENS and PETER
CAMPBELL STEVENS, JR., minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded
to LOIS ANNE STEVENS with reasonable visitation rights reserved to PETER
CIIMPBELL STEVENS .
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of ~u~ , 1981,

PETER CAMPBELL STEVENS shall pay to LOIS ANNE STEYENS the sum of s~-~`~
each and every week for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to LOIS ANNE STEVENS. In addition there is
hereby assessed the s un of ~2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order
or cashier's~check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
