THIS CAUSE came on f_or trial the 12th day of March, 1981,
and the Court havinq qiven full consideration to all the evidence,
,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the reZation of husband and I,
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriaqe betweenl

the parties is irretrievably-broken and should be dissolved. It I,
is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUD(~ED as follaws:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIA~E: The marriage between
LAURIE SHANNON STEPHENS and TOMMIE EARL STF.PHENS be, and the same
is, hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of_ matrimony heretofore existinq
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: The custody of the minor child of the
parties, TOMMIE JASON STEPHENS, is awarded to the ~+life, LAURIE
SHANNON STEPHENS, with reasonable and liberal riqhts of visita-
tion to include visitation on alternate Saturday-Sunday weekend
basis every other weekend and alternate holidays and birthdays
