FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTI N F MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the~l2th day of March, 1981 and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines;
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. UISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JOANN CRUTCHFIELD
and CARLTON CRUTCHFIELD be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore exist-
ing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of VANESSA CRUTCHFIELD, minor child of the parties
is hereby awarded to JOANN CRUTCHFIELD with reasonable and liberal rights of visit-
ation reserved to the father, CARLTON CRUTCHFIELD.
3. SUPPORT: Cortmencing the 13th day of March, 1981, CARLTON CRUTCHFIELD
shall pay to JOANN CRUTCHFIELD the sum of $25.00 each and every week, for the
support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to JOANN CRUTCHFIELD at 3109 Avenue M, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of 52.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
the Clerk of this Caurt advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this order is in effect.
The Stipulation dated March 5, 1981 admitted into evidence is hereby
incorporated F~erein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
provisions thereof.
