4. PROPERTY: There is no real or personal property to be divided
by this Court.
5. RESTORATION OF NAME: JOANN CRUTCtIFIELO be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her former name of JOANN EVANS and to use the same in
all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
6. FEES AND COSTS: The Court determines the sum of 5100.00 to be
reasonable for the wife's atto rney for his services herein and CARLTON
CRUt _... ~ELD is ordered to pay said attorney said sum.
7. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
