Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves ` all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits ~ attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Orrner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acirnoWledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumas the obligations as to the Property 0~-ner's Association as to his condominiu~ parcel. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained ~ ir, the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~m and Exhibits attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and other aharges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
