MORTGAGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT
~
THIS AGREEMENT made this /D day of February, 1981 by
and between R. KEITEi BURD, II and NANCY S. BURD, his wife,
hereinaf ter referred to as "Mortgagors", and THE SUN BANK OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation with its
principal place.of business at 111 Orange Avenue, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter referred to as 'Mortgagee".
W I T N B S S E T H:
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of October, 1377, Mortgagors
borrowed fror~ Mortq3gee the su~ of $22,7QQ.Qa and e~ecuted and
delivered to Mortgagee their Promissory Note for said amount
payable on or before January 7, 1978 and bearing interest at
the rate of 9 1/28 per annum; and
WHEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned
$11,700.00 Promissory Note is secured by Second Mortgage given
by Mortgagors to Mortgagee on the following described lands in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
The East 1/2 of.the following: Beginning 289 feet
South of the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, thence run Westerly 30 feet to the
West boundary of Jenkins Road for the point of be-
ginning; thence South 89 degrees 29' West 210.48
feet to a point; thence Southerly and parallel with
' the East line of said Section 12 a distance of
176.82 feet to a point; thence Easterly and parallel
with the North line of tract herein described a dis-
tance of 210.39 feet to a point; thence Northerly
parallel with the East line of said Section 12 a
distance of 176.82 feet to the Point of Beginnin~;
the same being the East half of Lot 1 of an unre-
corded plat of Henning Subdivision. LESS the East
10 feet thereof for Jenkins Road right of way. ~
WHEREAS said Second Mortgage dated October 7, 1977 was
recorded on October 11, 1977 in Official Records 8ook 275,
Page 1874 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and
WNEREAS the maturity date and interest rate of the above
described Promissory Note and Mortgage have been extended and
increased by various Agreements between Mortgagors and Mortgagee,
