291 at Page 475, Official Records Book 303, Page 2145, Offi-
cial Records Book 313 at Page 22 and in Official Records Book
328 at Page 2379 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Fioxiaa, so that the present interest rate on the aforemen-
tioned indebtedness is 168 per annum and the maturity date is
January 7, 1981, and
WHEREAS Mortgagors are the present oNners of the above-
described xeal property, and
WEIREAS the parties hereto desire to extend the maturity
date of the above-described Promissory Note and Mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto
agree as follows:
1. The Mortgagors represent and warrant that they are
the owners of the above-described real property and that there
are no liens or encumbrances against said real property other
than that certain Mortgage from Mortgagors to First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce in the original
principal amount of $30,000.00 dated February 15, 1977 and
recorded on March 9, 1977 in~Official Records Book 264, Page
2787 of the Public Records of St. Gucie County, Florida, that
certain Mortgage from Mortgagors to Mortgagee in the original
principal amount of $3,917.57 dated January 25, 1979 and re-
corded on February 21, 1979 in Official Records Book 303, Page
2147, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and real
estate taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1980.
2. The current principal balance of the indebtedness
evidenced by the aforementioned Promissoxy Note is in the
amount of $10,000.00 and accrued interest on said indebted-
ness has been paid through January 6, 1981.
3. That the indebtedness evidenced by the above-des-
cribed Promissory Note shall continue to bear interest at the
rate of 168 per annum and said interest shall be payable on
April 1, 1981 and on Jnly 7, 1981.
