4. That the entire outstanding principal balance of the
above-described Promissory Note shall be due and payable on
July 7, 1981.
5., As hereby estended, all terms and conditions of the
,
aforementioned Promissory Note and Mortgage as previously
modif ied are hereby ratif ied, conf irmed and approved. ~
6. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to impair
the security of Mortgagee under the aforementioned Mortage.
7. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties
hereto and their personal representatives, heirs, benefici-
aries, successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have executed this Agree-
ment in duplicate, each of which shall be considered an
original, the day and year first above written.
