MORTGAGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this /d ~y day of February, 1981 by
and between R. REITH BURD, II and NANCY S. BURD, his wife,

ST. GUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation with its prin-
cipal place of business at 111 Orange Avenue; Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, hereinaftex refexred to as "Mortgagee".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of January, 1979 Moctgagors
borrowed from Mortgagee the sum of $3,917.57 and executed and
deliver.ed to Mortgagee their Promissory Note for said amount
payable on or before July 7, 1979 and bearing interest at the
rate of 108 per annum; and
WHEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned
$3,917.57 Promissory Note is secured by a Third Mortgage given
by Mortgagors to Mortgagee on the following described lands in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
The East 1/2 of the following: Beginning 289 feet
South of the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, thence run Westerly 30 feet to the
West boundary of Jenkins Road for the point of be-
ginning; thence South 89 degrees 29' West 210.48
feet to a point; thence Southerly and parallel with
the Bast line of said Section 12 a distance of
176.82 feet to a point; thence Easterly and parallel
with the North line of the tract herein described a
distance of 210.39 feet to a point; thence Northerly
parallel with the East line of said Section 12 a
distance of 176.82 feet to the Point of Beginning;
the same being the East half of Lot 1 of an unre-
corded plat of Henning Subdivision. LES9 the East
10 feet thereof for Jenkins Road right of way.
WHEREAS said Third Mortgage dated January 25, 1979 was
recorcied on February 21, 1979 in Official Records Book 303
Page 2147 of the Public Recor.ds of St. Lucie County, Florida;
a nd
WHERBAS the matuxity date and interest rate of the above
described Promissory Note and Moxtgage have been extended and
increased by various Agreements between Mortgagors and Mortgagee,
