said Agreements having been recoxded in Official Records Book
313, Page 24 and Official Records Book 328, Page 2382 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, so that the pres-
ent interest rate on the aforementioned indebtedness is 168
per annum and the maturity date is January 7, 1981, and
WHEREAS Mortgagors are the present owners of the above-
desccibed real property, and
WHEREAS the parties hereto desire to extend the maturity
date of the above-described Promissory Note and Mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto
agree as follows:
1. Mortgagors represent and warrant that they are the
owners of the above-described real property and that there are
no liens or encumbrances against said real property other than
that certain Mortgage from Mortgagors to First Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Fort Pierce in ~he origfnal principal
amount of $30,000.00 dated February 15, 1977 and recorded on
March 9, 1979 in Official Records Book 264, Page 2787 of the
Public Recoxds of St. Lucie County, Florida, that certain
Mortgage from Mortgagors to Mortgagee in the original princi-
pa2 amount of $11,700.00 dated October 7, 1977 and recorded on
October 11, 1977 in Official Records Book 275, Page 1874,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flordda and real estate
taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1980.
2. The current principal balance of the in~ebtedness
evidenced by the aforementioned Promissory Note is in the
amount of $2,90U.00 and accrued interest on said indebtedness
has been paid through January 6, 1981.
3. That the indebtedness evidenced by the above-des-
cribed Promissory Note shall continue to bear interest at the
~ate of 16$ per annum and said interest on said indebtedness
shall be payable on April 1, 1981 and on July 7, 1981.
