above-desczied Promissoxy Note shall be due and payable on
July 7, 1981.
5. As here~y extended, all tezas and conditions of the
aforementioned Promissory Note and Mortgage as previously
modified are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
6. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to impair
the security of the Mortgagee under the afore-mentioned Mort-
gage.
7. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties
hereto and their personal representatives, heirs, benefici-
aries, successors and assigns
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have executed this Agree-
ment in duplicate, each of which shall be considered an
original, the day and year first above written.
