STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL
Come now the parties by and through their undersigned
attorneys and stipulate pursuant to Rule 1.420, Florida Rules of
Civil Procedure, to dismiss the action styled STUART PAINT & SUPPLY
COMPANY, INC., vs. PETER P. and CARMEL E. NAIMO, Case No. 80-429-CA
as the same has been amicably settled between the parties. This
dismissal is taken with prejudice, and it is further stipulated that
the same be presented to the Court for approval, the entry of an
order to dismiss the action, and to discharge the lis pendens filed
incident thereto.
