said Stipulation, considered the record in this cause, and being
otherwise fully advised in.the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
i. ihat the Stipuiation be ana the same is hereby
approved. -
2. That this cause be and the same is hereby dismissed
with prejudice.
3. The lis pendens filed incident to this action in
Official Record Book 335, Page 1493, be and the same is hereby
discharged.
