NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO P.LL PARTIES CONCERNED that a suit
for declaratory relief, ereach of Contract and specific performance
has been instituted in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit of Florida in and for St. Lucie County, Florida in Civil

situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1 of an unrecorded revised plat of Block 11
of REVISED PLAT~OF PAL.M HAVEN SUBDIVISION, recorded
in Plat Book 8, page 44, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at the NE corner of Block 11 of REVISED
PLAT OF PALM HA~IEN SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 44, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, run South 87 deg.
50 min. ~aest along the South line of Atlantis Avenue
(now known as Avalon Avenue) 361.3 feet to a point on
the East right of way line of Fernandina Avenue as
the point of beginning of the tract herein conveyed;
thence run South 13 deg. 00 min. East a distance of
145 feet to a point; thence run North 87 deg. 50 min.
East a distance of 90 feet to a point; thence run
North 13 deg. 00 min. West a distance of 145 feet
to a point on the South line of Atlantis Avenue;
