way line of said Fernandina Avenue 11.05 feet to the
point of beginning.
Said suit was instituted in said Court on the 12th day
of March, 1981, and the relief sought therein is declaratory
judgement regarding Contract signed September 29, 1980, breach
of sa~d contr~et and spe~ifi~ p~~formance of said contract,
together with costs, expenses and attorneys' fees and such other
relief as the Court shall deem proper.
