Defendant, CORNELIUS CARTY, having filed a written counter-
claim in this action which exceeds the jurisdictional amount of this
court, and further having deposited a sum sufficient to pay the filing
fee in the court to which the case is to be transferred, it is
ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That this action be, and the same hereby is, transferred
to the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida.
?. That the Clerk of this court shall forthwith sen d the
record in this cause, together with defendant's transfer fee to the
aforesaid Circuit Court.
