JOINT STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL
The parties to this action, by and throuqh their
respective undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree
that Plaintiff's Complaint and Defendant's Counterclaim have
been amicably settled and that the action should be dismissed.
_ As to Plaintiff's Complaint for Foreclosure, the action shall
be dismissed without prejudice to Plaintiff's right to bring
a foreclosure action for any default in the promissory note
and mortgage which may occur following the filing of this
Joint Stipulation for Dismissal. Defendant's Counterclaim
is dismissed with prejudice.
