ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon the pending
motions of the parties, the Court being fully advised in the
premises, and having the benefit of argument from counsel, it
is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the Motion to Abate filed by LUMBERMENS MUTUAL
CASUALTY COMPANY is granted and this cause of action is abated
pending the Plaintiffs' further attempts to obtain jurisdiction
over the person of ARILD RAMBERG.
2. That the Defendant's Motion to Quash purported
service of process on Defendant ARILD RAMBERG is granted and
the Plaintiffs shall have fourteen days in which to file amended
pleadings.
, 3. That the Defendant LUMBERMENS MUTUAL CASUALTY COI~ANY
and ARILD RAMBERG'S Motion to Set Aside Default is determined
to be moot by virtue of the fact that the Court lacks jurisdiction
over the person of ARILD RAMBERG.
