ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this lOth day of A~arch, 1981, upon
the motion of the Receiver for instructions in three separate, specific instances;
it is, upon consideration thereof
ORDERED:
' 1. Receiver be and he is hereby authorized to pay to XAVIER j.

, WAHNER, a C.P.A. hired by the Receiver, his out-of-pocket expenses as re-

i flected in the request for~ instructions, totaling $1,136. SS.

~ 2. Receiver be and he is hereby instructed not to sign any promissory
notes to HAZEN KREIS, HAZEy KREIS, III, and/or RAYt~IOND LOVEDAY for
~ services rendered for the two corporations, reserving unto the said individuals
~
~ the right to raise the said matter, subsequently, at such appronriate time as
~ may present itself .

~ 3. Receiver be and he is hereby authorized to continue the existing
~ health coverage for the employees of the corporations, which include HAZEN
~
~
a KREIS, III, and RAYh10ND LOVEDAY, as such employees.
