THIS LEASE, made and entered into this the ~ day df
_ , 1981, by and between HENRY P. VACHON (herein-
after referred to as "Lessor"), and GOLDEN FLOWER, INC.
(hereinafter referred to as "Lessee"),
WITNESSETH:
In consideration of the payments hereinafter mentioned
and mutual covenants herein set forth, it is agreed by and
between the parties as follows:
1. Lessor does hereby lease, let and demise to Lessee
that certain real property and improvements thereon, together
with the items of personal property listed on the inventory
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, described
as follow5:
