never be less than the rental specified in Item 3 above. "Index"
shall mean the Conswner Price Index, U.S. City Average, all items
(1967-100) published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, United
States Department of Labor. "Basic Index" shall mean the index
most recently published prior to the Coimnencement Date. If the
Index, now as constituted, compiled and published shall be re-
vised or cease to be compiled and published during the term
hereof, then the Bureau of Labor Statistics shall be requested
to furnish a statement converting the Basic Index to a figure
that would be cvmparable in another index published by the
Bureau~of Labor Statistics and such other index shall be used
in the computing of the adjustment in rental provided herein.
Should the parties not be able to secure such appropriate
conversion of adjustment, they shall agree on some other index
serving the same purpose to adjust the rental as provided herein.
15. Lessor and Lessee hereby agrees that this Lease
may be recorded of pubiic records in St. Lucie County, Florida,
by either party. In the event that this Lease is so recorded,
the exercising of the option to renew the Lease, as well as the
exercising of Lessee's right of first refusal to purchase.-must
be recorded by Lessee, otherwise the exercising of said option
to renew, or right of first refusal as the case may be, is not
valid and bind~ng.
Further, in the event that said Lease is recorded, Lessee
hereby agrees to sign any necessary documents requested by Lessor
to cancel the Lease at the termination or expiration of this Lease,
regardless of the cause of termination or expiration. It is here-
by agreed that in the event Lessee fails or refuses to sign such
documents, then a judgment or order of eviction entered in any
Court in the State of Florida shall serve to void this Lease of
record with Lessee having no further rights hereunder.
As security for Lessor's agreement to allow Lessee to record
