The remedr of forfeitun henin given to Seller shall aot be exclusive of any other remedy, but Seller shall, in c~se nf default or hreach, or for am~ other reason herein contained, have ever~ other remed} given b~ this agreement or b~ law- or equih•, and shall ha~~e the right to maintain and prosecute any and~every such remed}, coatemporaneousl~• or othen~~ise, w~ith the exercise of the right of forf~itur~, or am• other right hetein given. l 6. The time ot payment shalt be ot the essence of this contract, and the covenants and agrcements herein contained shall extend to and be obligatory upon the heirs, executors. administrators and assigns of the respective parties. 20.
