THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon Cross-Defendant
STATE FARAi FIRE & CASUALTY COMPANY'S Motion to Strike Cross-
Plaintiff NOW CORPORATION, INC.'S prayer for attorney's fees
from Count I and II of the crossclaim, and this court having
heard argument from counsel for the respective parties and
being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Cross-Defendant's Motion
to Strike be and is hereby granted.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of March, 1981,
at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
