TaARRANTY DEED
THIS INOENTURE, made this ~~~lay of November, 1978,
BETWEEN CLIFFORD W. T9EBB and DFLLA WFBB, his wife, parties
of the first part, and

That the said parties of the first pa~t, for and in consideration
of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER COOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns
forever, the following described land situated, lying and being in
City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida,
to-wit:
Lot 14, Block 1303 of Port St. Lucie Section 12,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 12, page 55, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
