Tliat the saic'. parties or the fir~t part, for and in consideration
of the sum of TFN DOLLARS ANn OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns
forever, the following described Iand situated, lying and being in
City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida,
to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 1199 of Port St. Lucie Section 8,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 12, page 38A, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations
anu easements of record: zoning and other regulatory ordinances and
taxes for the year 1978.
And the parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
