HomeMy WebLinkAbout2022 ~~ 5;~~~4 PARTIAL RELEASE OF MURTGAGE MELLON BANK, N.A., a natiunal banking association, holder of the mortgage executed by OCEAN TOWERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to MELLON BANK, N.A., a national banking association, dated Auguet 29, 1979, and recorded in Official Record Book 315, pages 1615 through 1642, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 23rd day of February, 1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real propertyTin that County described as follows: That certain Condaninium parcel cemposed of Unit No. 305 and an undivided 1/79ti~ share in those coaunon elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subjecC to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other pro- visions of that Declaration of Condominium of OCEAN TOWERS CONDOMINIUM B, as recorded in Official Record Book 348 page 2288, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. without i.mpairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the property descrihed in that mortgage.
